If you are anything like me, you're busy, and when we get busy, we tend to skip the little things...like cleaning our diffusers.
Clean your diffuser after each use by wiping it out and letting it dry before using it again
This makes it easier to clean out any residue or water lines before you wipe it out.
I also recommend that you deep clean your diffusers once a month.
Do so by following these simple steps:

Turn off your diffuser.
Fill the water reservoir halfway to the line with clean water.
Add 5 drops of pure white vinegar to the water reservoir.
To avoid having your entire house smell like vinegar, clean your diffuser in the bathroom with the fan on.
Turn the diffuser on and let run for 3-5 minutes, allowing the vinegar to disperse.
Drain the water reservoir completely.
Dip a cotton swab in clean water wipe down the edges of the water reservoir as well as the ultrasonic mist chip.
Rinse the water reservoir with clean water.
Wipe with a dry cloth and let air dry before using it again.
Tips for Keeping Your Diffuser Healthy Always
- Use room temperature distilled or purified water in your diffuser. Tap water contains minerals that may increase build up.
- Avoid getting water on the exterior operating buttons or air vents. Tilt the diffuser to the side to empty any excess water, avoiding the electrical components.
- Don’t overfill your diffuser with water. Use the fill line as a guide.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. The lid can be cleaned with mild soap and water
- Do not use alcohol in your Mosa More diffuser. It will harm the ultrasonic plate and void your warranty.
- Be sure to not leave any standing water in a diffuser for a long period of time.
- Regularly dust the top and bottom of the diffuser, paying special attention to the air vents.
- Always align the lid to the base so there is a secure fit. If the lid is off-center it will overflow and leak out of the sides.
